Association Board Meetings

 The Board of the Deer Creek Homeowners' Association meets regularly to conduct the business of the Association which is "to initiate and participate in those activities which will result in the maintenance of the attractiveness and general desirability of the subdivision, and any and all other matters of common interest and concern to the residents of these subdivisions, and to administer and enforce the covenants and charges set forth in the By-Laws and Deed Restrictions" detailed in other sections of this site. 
The agenda typically includes:
  • Review & Approval of the precious meeting minutes
  • Financial review of expenditures versus the approved budget
  • Continuing discussion of active or upcoming projects and other unresolved topics previously proposed by Board members.
  • New topics affecting Deer Creek are introduced by Board members as informed by Association general members, government agents, or general news.
